The course is designed to familiarize you with skiing and includes various techniques such as stopping, turning, and walking on skis. Additionally, you will get the chance to enjoy local delicacies and a ski competition at the end of the course.

Example travel itinerary:

• Day 1: Arrival
  Transfer from airport to hotel. Explore the surroundings.
  Get acquainted with the ski equipment at the hotel and head to Kilbotn for your first ski session. Learn to find the right balance on skis, stop, and turn. Lunch will be served during the activity. In the evening, take an easy walk to "Gangsåstoppen" for a beautiful view over the city.
• Day 2: Introduction to Classic Techniques and Snowshoeing
  Head to Kilbotn for further ski practice and learn classic skiing techniques. After lunch, take a snowshoe hike to Keipen or Litjehornet with a spectacular view and the chance to see the Northern Lights.
• Day 3: Easy Ski Trip and Mountain Skiing
  Refine your classic skiing techniques and take a ski trip from Kilbotn to Sørvika. After lunch, practice mountain skiing and hiking off the beaten path.
• Day 4: The First "Real" Ski Trip
  Travel to Kvæfjordeidet and practice your classic skiing techniques with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy a 5-6 hour ski trip with a lunch stop and possibility to climb the summit.
  In the evening, relax in the sauna at Harstad Havnebadstue and take a dip in the Northern Ice Sea.
• Day 5: Mountain Skiing
  Go mountain skiing from the top of Sollifjellet Alpine Center and enjoy breathtaking views.
  Take a lunch break and consider spending a night in a Norwegian cabin for an authentic experience.
• Day 6: Skiing and Ice Fishing
  Ski to a fishing location and try ice fishing, a popular winter tradition in Norway.
  Enjoy catching 'Røya' and a delicious lunch with hot chocolate.
  Optionally, you can go mountain skiing and ski down the mountain at high speed. For dinner, taste the caught fish, prepared by local chefs.
• Day 7: Race Day
